What GhanaDeals is

GhanaDeals is a marketplace where advertisers publish property listings and people contact them. We are not a party to any sale, rental or other agreement between users, and we do not hold purchase money.

Advertisers

• Only list property you own or are authorised to advertise, with accurate information and genuine photos.
• Do not ask for payment before a viewing, and do not include misleading prices or details.
• Keep availability up to date and mark property as sold or rented promptly.

Everyone

• Do not harass other users, send spam, or impersonate anyone.
• Carry out your own checks before paying for any property. Trust statuses describe specific, limited checks and are not guarantees.

Moderation

We may hide, request changes to, or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. We will give a reason and a way to correct the listing or appeal, unless doing so would compromise an investigation or the law prevents it.

Paid placements

Sponsored listings are clearly labelled. Payment never grants a trust status and never overrides a safety decision.
